And now a Word from the Guise:
For being a comedy, this one’s quite dull. You’d think from the tagline that this would be a riot, but it’s really only a funny premise turned into a boring drama. It gets slightly more interesting toward the end of the film, but not by much. The climactic scene at the end, the scene that the entire film has been building up to, is blown over quickly and with no satisfaction. Anjelica Huston and Kathleen Turner are the only good parts about this movie.
